The invention discloses a cooling fresh water circulation system dosing device, a using method thereof and a ship; the cooling fresh water circulation system dosing device comprises a cabinet body, adosing valve, a water outlet valve, a water return valve, a water outlet pipe, a water return pipe and a release valve; wherein the dosing valve and the release valve are respectively arranged at thetop and the bottom of the cabinet body, and a medicament is added into the cabinet body through the dosing valve; the discharge valve is used for discharging fresh water in the cabinet body, the wateroutlet valve and the water return valve are arranged on the side face of the cabinet body and connected with the cabinet body through connecting pipes, the water outlet valve is connected with the cooling fresh water circulation system through a water outlet pipe, and the water return valve is connected with the cooling fresh water circulation system through a water return pipe. The dosing deviceis simple in structure, small in size, high in reliability and convenient to maintain, does not have a power device, can enable the chemical concentration in the cooling fresh water circulating system to reach a stable state in a short time, greatly shortens the waiting time of sampling detection, improves the detection efficiency, can flexibly select a mounting place, and is convenient to use. The installation position of the device can be flexibly selected, so that the labor intensity of operators is reduced.

    本发明公开一种冷却淡水循环系统加药装置及其使用方法及船舶,冷却淡水循环系统加药装置包括柜体、加药阀、出水阀、回水阀、出水管、回水管和泄放阀,加药阀和泄放阀分别设置在柜体的顶部和底部,药剂通过加药阀加入柜体内,泄放阀用于排出柜体内的淡水,出水阀和回水阀均设置在柜体的侧面并均通过连接管与柜体连接,出水阀通过出水管与冷却淡水循环系统连接,回水阀通过回水管与冷却淡水循环系统连接。本加药装置的结构简单、体积小,由于没有动力装置,可靠性较高,维护方便,可使冷却淡水循环系统中的药剂浓度短时间内即达到稳定状态,大大缩短了取样检测的等待时间,提高了检测效率,且可以灵活选择安装地点,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。
