선박의 냉각수 냉각 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 선박의 냉각수 냉각 시스템은, 선박에 마련되어 선내 주기관의 소기 및 보조기관을 냉각시키고 배출되는 냉각수를 해수와 열교환으로 냉각시키는 쿨러; 상기 주기관의 소기 냉각장치로부터 배출되는 상기 냉각수를 상기 쿨러로 공급하는 제1 냉각수 배출배관; 상기 쿨러에서 냉각된 상기 냉각수를 상기 소기 냉각장치로 공급하는 제1 냉각수 공급배관; 상기 쿨러에 상기 냉각수의 냉각을 위한 해수를 공급하는 해수공급배관; 상기 쿨러에서 상기 냉각수와 열교환된 해수를 배출하는 해수배출배관; 및 상기 쿨러로 공급되는 해수의 온도에 따라 해수와 열교환으로 냉각된 후 상기 쿨러로부터 배출되는 상기 냉각수의 온도를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    Disclosed are a system and a method for cooling coolant in a ship. The system for cooling coolant in a ship according to the present invention comprises: a cooler arranged in a ship to cool the coolant discharged after cooling the scavenge air of a main engine and an assistant engine in the ship by heat exchange between the coolant and sea water; a first coolant discharge pipeline supplying the coolant discharged from a scavenge air cooling device of the main engine to the cooler; a first coolant supply pipeline supplying the coolant cooled by the cooler to the scavenge air cooling device; a sea water supply pipeline supplying the sea water for cooling the coolant to the cooler; a sea water discharge pipeline discharging the sea water heat-exchanged with the coolant at the cooler; and a control unit controlling the temperature of the coolant which is cooled by being heat-exchanged with the sea water according to the temperature of the sea water supplied to the cooler and then, discharged from the cooler. The system for cooling coolant in a ship can prevent a low temperature corrosion phenomenon of a cylinder or the like caused by overcooling.
