A clutch mechanism and accelerator mechanism linkage device of a vehicle comprises an accelerator pedal, an accelerator support, a bottom plate, a clutch pedal, a clutch slave cylinder, a clutch oil cup, a clutch master cylinder, an air pocket, a hydraulic control reversing valve, an air cylinder, a stop block, a locking block and an air cylinder support; a rodless cavity of the clutch master cylinder is respectively communicated with a rodless cavity of the clutch slave cylinder, the clutch oil cup and a control port K of the hydraulic control reversing valve; an air inlet P of the hydrauliccontrol reversing valve is communicated with the air pocket, and an execution port A of the hydraulic control reversing valve is communicated with a rodless cavity of the air cylinder; when pressure oil is introduced into the control port K of the hydraulic control reversing valve, the air inlet P of the hydraulic control reversing valve is communicated with the execution port A; a cylinder body of the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the air cylinder support. The locking block is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the air cylinder, and when the piston rod of the air cylinder stretches out, the locking block can be driven to stretch out synchronously and clamped on the stop block. According to the invention, a driver cannot step on the accelerator pedal when stepping on the clutch pedal.
