The invention discloses steel bearing beam lifting equipment and a using method thereof, and is particularly used for lifting and installing high-pier steel beam pushing auxiliary facilities. The equipment comprise a main body portal frame, wherein rails are arranged on two sides of the main body portal frame; lifting platforms which are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the main body portal frame, matched with the rails and slide along the rails, wherein the lifting platforms are further provided with falling holes; and a jack system which is arranged above the lifting platforms and comprises a lifting jack, a steel strand wire coil, a steel strand wire guide frame and a jack pump station; one end of the steel strand is connected with the lifting jack through the steel strand guide frame and penetrates through the falling hole to extend to the position below the lifting platform; the jack pump station is connected with the lifting jack. The equipment can safely and quickly lift construction equipment such as a steel bearing beam, is accurate in lifting position, does not affect the stability of a bridge, can quickly mount the equipment in place, saves the construction period, materials and labor, and ensures the safety in the construction process.

    本发明公开了一种钢垫梁提升设备及其使用方法,尤其用于高墩钢梁顶推辅助设施的提升安装,包括主体门架,主体门架两侧设置有轨道;提升平台,提升平台设置在主体门架上方两侧,并与轨道相配合,沿轨道滑动;提升平台还开设有下落孔;千斤顶系统,千斤顶系统设置在提升平台上方,包括提升千斤顶、钢绞线线盘、钢绞线导线架、千斤顶泵站;钢绞线一端经钢绞线导线架与提升千斤顶相连,并穿过下落孔延伸至提升平台下方;千斤顶泵站与提升千斤顶相连。本装置可以安全、快速提升钢垫梁等施工设备,吊装位置准确,对桥梁稳定性不造成影响,可快速将设备安装到位,节省工期,节省材料和人工,且施工过程中安全得以保证。
