The invention provides a steel lattice beam lifting appliance and a lifting method, the steel lattice beam lifting appliance comprises a main beam, an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam, an upper support rod and a lower support rod, the main beam is vertically arranged, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are both horizontally arranged, the upper cross beam is located above the lower cross beam, and the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are both connected with the main beam; a mounting space for inserting one end of the steel lattice beam is formed among the upper cross beam, the lower cross beam and the main beam; the upper cross beam and/or the lower cross beam are/is provided with anchor mouths used for installing tensioning steel strands. The upper supporting rod is located on the side, back to the lower beam, of the upper beam. The two opposite ends of the upper supporting rod are connected with the upper beam and the main beam correspondingly. The lower supporting rod is located on the side, back to the upper beam, of the lower beam. The two opposite ends of the lower supporting rod are connected with the lower beam and the main beam correspondingly. And lifting lugs are arranged on the main beam and/or the upper cross beam. On the premise that the original structure of the steel lattice beam is not damaged, the lifting appliance can be installed on the steel lattice beam, and compared with a pin shaft type lifting appliance, the on-site temporary welding workload can be reduced, and the labor cost and the working time are saved.

    本发明提供一种钢格构梁吊具及吊装方法,包括主梁、上横梁、下横梁、上支撑杆及下支撑杆,主梁竖向设置,上横梁及下横梁均水平设置,上横梁位于下横梁的上方,上横梁及下横梁均与主梁连接,上横梁、下横梁及主梁之间形成供钢格构梁一端插入的安装空间;上横梁和/或下横梁上设有用于安装张拉钢绞线的锚口;上支撑杆位于上横梁背向下横梁的一侧,上支撑杆的相对两端分别与上横梁及主梁连接;下支撑杆位于下横梁背向上横梁的一侧,下支撑杆的相对两端分别与下横梁及主梁连接;主梁和/或上横梁上装设有吊耳。其能够在不破坏钢格构梁原有结构的前提下与钢格构梁进行安装,且相比于销轴式吊具可减少现场临时焊接工作量,节约人工成本和工作时间。
