The invention provides an intelligent suction crane based on an optical-mechanical-electrical integration technology. The intelligent suction crane comprises a fixed underframe, a bottom fixed frame,a longitudinal support, a cross beam, a ball bearing, a reinforced support structure, a top rotating frame structure, a rectangular cross rod, a fixed seat, a roller bearing, a threaded rod, a movablehanging frame structure, a rotating motor, a winding motor, a winding roller, a steel wire lifting rope, a transverse plate, fixed suckers, adjustable fixed frame structures, a control table, a controller and control buttons, wherein the bottom fixed frame is welded to the upper part of the fixed underframe. According to the intelligent suction crane, a driven gear is arranged on the upper part of the cross beam through bolts and is engaged with a driving gear so that the cross beam can rotate on the outer ring of the ball bearing, and the position angle of the cross beam can be convenientlyadjusted; and a positioning wheel shaft is connected to the inner side of a wheel frame through a shaft and is in contact with the outer wall of the longitudinal support, so that the positioning of the cross beam is facilitated, and the situation that normal use is affected due to the fact that the cross beam inclines to one side is avoided.

    本发明提供一种智能化基于光机电一体化技术吸吊机,包括固定底架,底部固定架,纵向支架,横梁,滚珠轴承,加强支架结构,顶部旋转架结构,矩形横杆,固定座,滚子轴承,螺纹杆,移动吊架结构,旋转电机,缠绕电机,缠绕辊,钢丝吊绳,横向板,固定吸盘,可调节固定架结构,操控台,控制器和操控按钮,所述的底部固定架焊接在固定底架的上部。本发明从动齿轮螺栓安装在横梁的上部,同时与主动齿轮啮合,有利于使横梁在滚珠轴承的外圈旋转,以便进行调整横梁的位置角度;定位轮轴接在轮架的内侧,同时与纵向支架的外壁接触,有利于能够对横梁起到定位功能,从而避免横梁向一侧倾斜,影响正常使用。
