The invention discloses a self-locking target material vacuum suction crane, belongs to the technical field of carrying equipment, and aims to solve the problems that suction force is insufficient due to damage of a suction cup of an existing vacuum suction crane, and a target material and a target plate fall off and are damaged when the suction cup adsorbs and lifts the target material and the target plate. A sucker body at the bottom of a fixed shell is attached to the top face of a target plate body, a vacuumizer vacuumizes the sucker body through cooperation of the fixed shell, a fixed cylinder and a movable pipe, so that the target plate body is adsorbed and hoisted, meanwhile, an air suction pipe vacuumizes an air cylinder beside the sucker body, and a piston head and a movable rod are adsorbed in the air cylinder through negative pressure to move upwards; the moving rod moves upwards to slide along a guide chute in the inner wall of the bearing frame, so that the bearing frame slides out of a limiting cavity in a mounting seat at the bottom of the air cylinder and is inserted into the bottom of the target plate body, the target plate body is jacked upwards, the target plate body is clamped between the bearing frame and a suction cup body, and automatic locking of the target plate body is achieved; and falling damage caused by insufficient adsorption force when the target plate body is lifted by the suction cup body is avoided.

    一种可自锁的靶材真空吸吊机,属于搬运设备技术领域,为了解决现有的真空吸吊机的吸盘出现损伤造成吸附力不足,吸盘吸附吊运靶材靶板时造成其掉落损坏的问题;通过固定壳体底部的吸盘本体贴合靶板本体顶面,抽真空机利用固定壳体、固定筒和移动管的配合对吸盘本体抽真空,从而吸附吊运靶板本体,同时抽气管对吸盘本体旁侧的气筒进行抽真空,气筒内负压吸附活塞头和移动杆上移,移动杆上移沿承托框内壁上的导向斜槽滑动,使得承托框从气筒底部安装座内的限位腔内滑出并插入到靶板本体底部,使得靶板本体向上顶起,将靶板本体夹持在承托框和吸盘本体间,实现对靶板本体进行自动锁定,避免吸盘本体吊运靶板本体时吸附力不足造处的掉落损坏。
