The invention discloses a general detection method for rail transit overhead line system wire eccentric wear. A hardware part composed of a digital linear displacement sensor measuring head with an Internet of Things Zigbee short-distance wireless transmission module, a pneumatic valve terminal and a PLC program electric control assembly is applied. The methodis completed by operating an electricand pneumatic control operation system, and thehigh-altitude detection complete equipment integratescomprehensive technical methods of mechanical, electric, pneumatic and wireless signal transmission.The detection method provided by the invention is suitable for the overhead line system wire of rail transit; the method comprises detection of an overhead high-voltage power transmission contact line of an electrified high-speed railway and detection of an overhead medium-voltage power transmission contact line of urban rail transit and an electric locomotive. The eccentric wear value of the contact line before a use critical point generated by relative friction between the contact line and a locomotive pantograph during locomotive operation is randomly detected in an on-line electrified mode, maintenance by engineers is facilitated, serious line breakage accidents are prevented, and the method is an important measure for intelligent operation and maintenance in the rail transit industry.

    本发明公开了轨道交通接触网导线偏磨通用检测方法,应用带有物联网Zigbee短距无线传输模块的数字直线位移传感器测量头、气动阀岛、PLC程序电控组件组成的硬件部分,通过操作电动、气动控制操作系统来完成,这是集机械、电动、气动、无线信号传输的综合技术方法于一体的高空检测成套设备。本发明的检测方法适用于轨道交通的接触网导线,包括电气化高速铁路的架空高压输电接触线以及城市轨道交通及电气机车的架空中压输电接触线的检测,在线带电随机检测上述接触线在机车运行时与机车受电弓相对摩擦所产生的使用临界点前的偏磨值,便于工程人员维护,防止严重断线事故的发生,是轨道交通行业智能运维的重要措施。
