The invention provides an installation method of a rail transit overhead line system elastic support. The installation method comprises the steps of S1 measuring the installation position of the elastic support; S2 pre-burying a chemical anchor bolt at the installation position of the elastic support which is measured and marked in advance; S3 fixedly connecting the elastic support with the chemical anchor bolt; S4 fixing a contact wire to a contact wire clamp of the elastic support; S5 pulling a positioner of the elastic support downwards, so that the height of the contact wire is 30 to 40 mmlower than the design standard; S6 heightening the contact wire to the design standard, limiting a notch of an elastic element of the elastic support within a limiting mark, and fixing a set screw ofthe elastic element; and S7 adjusting the contact wire clamp screw to enable the pull-out value of the elastic support to reach the design standard. The installation method has the beneficial effectsthat the construction technological process is improved, the construction technology is simplified, the construction quality of the urban rail transit overhead line system is improved, and the performance of the overhead line system is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种轨道交通接触网弹性支座的安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1、测量弹性支座的安装位置;S2、提前在测量标记好的弹性支座的安装位置处预埋化学锚栓;S3、将弹性支座与化学锚栓固定连接;S4、将接触线固定于弹性支座的接触线线夹;S5、将弹性支座的定位器向下拉,使接触线的高度低于设计标准30~40㎜;S6、将接触线调高至设计标准,并将弹性支座的弹性元件的缺口限制在限定标志之内,固定弹性元件的紧定螺丝;S7、调整接触线线夹螺丝,使弹性支座的拉出值达到设计标准。本发明的有益效果是:改善了施工工艺过程,简化了施工工艺,提高了城市轨道交通接触网的施工质量,保证了接触网的性能。
