The device can generate power in time when wind exists, so that the cruising power of an electric automobile is higher, meanwhile, the device can be closed in time when no wind exists to protect power generation parts, the power generation parts are not prone to being damaged, the electric automobile can be better suitable for various places to replace a fuel automobile, and therefore environmental pollution is greatly reduced.
