The invention relates to an electronic brake device of an electric vehicle. The device comprises a driving motor and a controller connected with the driving motor and used for controlling the drivingmotor to operate. The device further comprises a grip, a steering tube and a brake handle. The grip is connected with the steering tube; a connecting seat is arranged on the steering pipe, a brake support used for installing a brake hydraulic kettle is arranged on the connecting seat, the brake handle with the end capable of rotating relative to the brake support is further arranged on the brake support, a sensor set capable of sensing displacement of the end of the brake handle relative to the brake support is arranged on the brake support, and the controller is electrically connected with the sensor set. According to the control algorithm, the electronic brake device detects the brake stroke through the sensor set of the electronic brake device, the requirement for the brake strength isjudged based on the stroke length, and therefore the strength of an electronic brake is controlled. Required braking force can be output according to customer requirements, good riding experience is provided for a rider, hidden dangers and dangers are eliminated, influence of electromagnetic radiation on the environment can be effectively restrained, and reliable operation of the device is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种电动车电子刹车装置,包括驱动电机以及与驱动电机连接并用于控制驱动电机运转的控制器,还包括握把、转向管以及刹把,握把和转向管连接,转向管上设置有连接座,连接座上设有用于安装刹车液压壶的刹车支架,刹车支架上还设有端头能够相对刹车支架转动的刹把,刹车支架上设有能够感应刹把的端头相对刹车支架位移的传感器组,控制器和传感器组电气连接;其控制算法是电子刹车装置通过自身的传感器组来侦测刹车行程,基于行程长短判断刹车强度的大小的需求,从而控制电子刹车的强度;本发明可以根据客户需求输出需要的刹车制动力,给骑行者良好的骑行体验,消除隐患和危险,还能有效抑制环境的电磁辐射影响,保证装置可靠运行。
