The invention discloses a whole-course video monitoring optimization management system and method for an expressway. The system comprises a road segment monitoring center module which is used for obtaining the road segment information of the expressway, a primary monitoring group monitoring center module which is connected with the road section monitoring center module and is used for monitoring the acquired road section information on the expressway, a secondary monitoring group monitoring center module which is used for processing the acquired road section information on the expressway, anda secondary command and dispatch center module which is connected with the secondary monitoring group monitoring center module and is used for sending high-speed command and dispatch instruction information according to the information and the request sent by the secondary monitoring group monitoring center and the information fed back by a primary command and dispatch center module. The system overcomes the problems that in the prior art, an application architecture of an expressway management system needs to be optimized, and the problems that system front-end equipment is various in variety, complex in network structure, unsmooth in video transmission, delayed in processing and the like happen occasionally.

    本发明公开了一种用于高速公路的全程视频监控优化管理系统和方法,其中,系统包括:路段监控中心模块,用于对高速公路上的路段信息进行获取;一级监控集团监控中心模块,与路段监控中心模块相连,用于对获取的高速公路上的路段信息进行监控;二级监控集团监控中心模块,用于获取的高速公路上的路段信息进行处理;二级指挥调度中心模块,与二级监控集团监控中心模块相连,用于根据二级监控集团监控中心发出的信息和请求以及一级指挥调度中心模块反馈的信息发送高速指挥调度指令信息。该系统克服现有技术中高速公路的管理系统存在应用架构有待优化的问题,其中,系统前端设备种类多、网络结构复杂,视频传输不畅、处理延迟等时有发生的问题。
