The invention provides an automatic power-off induction device for a power battery after vehicle collision and turnover . The device comprises a vehicle state detection part. The vehicle state detection part comprises front and rear collision sensor assemblies installed in front of and behind a vehicle and side turning and overturning sensor assemblies installed on the left and right sides of thevehicle. Each front and rear collision sensor assembly comprises a front collision sensor and a back collision sensor; each side turning and overturning sensor assembly comprises a sensor shell, an overturning sensor, a side turning sensor and a sliding block, the overturning sensor and the side turning sensor are installed on the sensor shell, a communication line on the overturning sensor and acommunication line on the side turning sensor are connected with the BMS, and the sliding block is located in the sensor shell. According to the invention, when the vehicle tilts and rolls over or overturns or seriously collides, the vehicle state detection part sends a signal to the BMS, and the power battery is forced to be powered off through the input of the signal, so that other safety accidents such as secondary electric shock caused by electric leakage of the power battery of the whole vehicle are prevented.

    本发明提供车辆碰撞翻转后动力电池自动断电感应装置,包括车辆状态检测部件,所述车辆状态检测部件包括安装于车辆前后的前后碰撞传感器总成和安装于车辆左右的侧翻与翻转传感器总成,所述前后碰撞传感器总成包括前碰撞感应器和后碰撞感应器,所述侧翻与翻转传感器总成包括传感器壳体、翻倒感应器、侧翻感应器和滑块,翻倒感应器与侧翻感应器安装在传感器壳体上,翻倒感应器与侧翻感应器上的通信线与BMS连接,所述滑块位于传感器壳体的内部。本发明在车辆发生倾斜侧翻或翻转或严重碰撞时,通过车辆状态检测部件向BMS发出信号,通过信号的输入强制使动力电池下电,从而防止整车动力电池漏电造成二次触电等其他安全事故的发生。
