The embodiment of the invention provides a power battery pack anti-collision structure and a vehicle. The power battery pack anti-collision structure comprises a frame, a first mounting bracket, a second mounting bracket, a first protection assembly and a second protection assembly, the first protection assembly is installed on a vehicle frame through a first installation support, the second protection assembly is installed on the vehicle frame through a second installation support, and the second installation support is located at the bottom of the second protection assembly. The second protection assembly is installed at the end of the first protection assembly, an anti-collision frame is defined by the first protection assembly and the second protection assembly, the anti-collision frame is provided with an installation cavity, the second protection assembly at least forms two first anti-collision faces which are perpendicular to each other, and the first protection assembly at least forms one second anti-collision face; and the power battery pack is mounted in the mounting cavity. The anti-collision structure can effectively resist impact generated by vehicle collision, protect the power battery pack body from deformation and invasion of other parts, avoid the risk of failure or ignition of the battery pack, and provide a good protection effect.

    本发明实施例提供了一种动力电池包防撞结构及车辆,包括车架、第一安装支架、第二安装支架、第一防护总成和第二防护总成;第一防护总成通过第一安装支架安装在车架上,第二防护总成通过第二安装支架安装在车架上,且第二安装支架位于第二防护总成的底部;第二防护总成安装在第一防护总成的端部,第一防护总成和第二防护总成围成防撞框架,防撞框架具有安装腔体,其中,第二防护总成至少形成两个互相垂直的第一防撞面,第一防护总成至少形成一个第二防撞面;动力电池包安装在安装腔体内。该防撞结构可以有效的抵御车辆碰撞产生的冲击,保护动力电池包包体免受其他零部件变形侵入,避免电池包失效或着火风险,能提供很好的防护作用。
