The present invention comprises: an electric motor driven by power supply received from a first power storage device; and a second power storage device capable of storing electricity having a higher voltage than the first power storage device. If the electric motor is required to drive at a higher rotation speed than a prescribed rotation speed, power is supplied to the electric motor from the second power storage device.
