The invention discloses a novel energy-saving device behind a propeller. The device comprises a propeller cap arranged on a propeller shaft of the propeller, and a plurality of fins are arranged on the periphery of the outer edge of the propeller cap. According to the invention, the CFD calculation analysis and model test technology combined mode is adopted, the outline, the profile form and the installation angle of the fins are optimally designed, so that the good energy-saving effect is achieved; and meanwhile, the structure is simple, machining is easy, the installation precision is easy to control, only part of the fins are additionally arranged on an original propeller cap, and cost increase is limited.

    本发明公开了一种新型桨后节能装置,包括安装于螺旋桨桨轴上的桨帽,所述桨帽沿外缘周向设有若干鳍片。本发明采用CFD计算分析和模型试验技术相结合的方式,对鳍片的外形轮廓线、剖面形式、安装角度进行优化设计,以获得具有较佳节能效果,同时又结构简单、易于加工、安装精度容易把控,仅在原有桨帽上增加了部分鳍片,成本增加有限。
