The invention discloses a crawler-type excitation adsorption wall-climbing operation robot which comprises a rack, an electromagnetic crawler mechanism, a driving motor, a control box and a battery box. The electromagnetic crawler mechanism comprises a left electromagnetic crawler mechanism and a right electromagnetic crawler mechanism which are the same in structure and are installed on the two sides of the rack respectively to form a double-crawler chassis structure, and a magnet exciting coil is arranged in the electromagnetic crawler mechanism. The driving motor is mounted on the rack andis connected with the electromagnetic crawler belt mechanism through a transmission shaft; the control box is installed on the rack and electrically connected with the driving motor, and the control box is electrically connected with the magnet exciting coil. The battery box is installed on the rack and electrically connected with the control box. Magnetic adsorption force is generated without installing a large number of permanent magnets, the size is small, and the load capacity is high. And the control box can change the magnetic adsorption force by adjusting the current of the magnet exciting coil, the magnetic adsorption force can be increased or decreased in real time according to the field condition, and the flexibility is higher. Smooth operation surface is not needed, and the application range is wide.

    本发明公开了一种履带式励磁吸附爬壁作业机器人,包括机架、电磁履带机构、驱动电机、控制箱和电池箱。电磁履带机构包括结构相同的左侧电磁履带机构和右侧电磁履带机构,分别安装在机架的两侧形成双履带底盘结构,电磁履带机构内设置有励磁线圈;驱动电机安装在机架上并且通过传动轴与电磁履带机构相连;控制箱安装在机架上并且与驱动电机电性连接,控制箱与励磁线圈电性连接;电池箱安装在机架上并且与控制箱电性连接。无需通过安装大量的永磁体产生磁吸附力,体积小、负载能力强。并且控制箱能够通过调节励磁线圈电流的大小来改变磁吸附力,可以根据现场情况实时增加或减少磁吸附力,灵活性更高。无需作业表面光滑,适应范围广。
