The invention relates to a structure for replacing a wind driven generator of a reservoir or a lake and a using method thereof. The structure comprises a floating body ship, bottom beams laid on the floating body ship, supporting columns installed on the bottom beams and fan blade suspension devices installed on the supporting columns; the floating body ship is of a square structure formed by assembling a plurality of floating boxes, the supporting columns located on the bottom beams are located on one side of the generator to be replaced and provided with the suspension devices, after the fanblades are dismounted by a crane, the suspension devices are used for temporarily placing the fan blades, then the crane is used for dismounting the damaged generator, and a new generator is hoisted,so that replacement is realized. According to the structure for replacing the wind driven generator of the reservoir or the lake and the using method thereof, the generator is convenient to replace,vulnerable accessories of a fan can be replaced in shallow-water and limited-buoyancy places such as reservoirs or lakes, a second crane used for assisting a first crane in turning over the fan bladesin the air is omitted, other floating bodies (occupying a large amount of space) for placing the horizontal fan blades are also omitted, the construction procedure is simplified, the safety is improved, and the cost is reduced.
