The invention provides a replacement method and a hoisting system of a gearbox of a wind driven generator. The replacement method comprises the steps that part of a shell at the bottom of a cabin of the wind driven generator is detached to form a hoisting opening, and a hoisting platform is erected on the outer wall of a tower of the wind driven generator and located below the hoisting opening. And the gearbox to be replaced is hoisted to the position above the hoisting opening from the installation position in the cabin. And the gearbox to be replaced is downwards hoisted to the hoisting platform from the hoisting opening. And the gear box to be replaced is hoisted to an external carrying platform from the hoisting platform. The hoisting system comprises a hoisting device and a driving device. Therefore, compared with the scheme that the cabin needs to be integrally hoisted down and a large carrying platform is used, the whole cabin does not need to be hoisted down, the small carrying platform is correspondingly adopted, and the operation and maintenance cost is effectively reduced.

    本申请提供一种风力发电机的齿轮箱的更换方法及吊装系统。更换方法包括拆除风力发电机的机舱底部的部分壳体以形成吊装口,并在风力发电机的塔筒外壁搭设吊装平台,吊装平台位于吊装口的下方。在机舱内将待更换的齿轮箱自安装位置吊装至吊装口的上方。将待更换的齿轮箱自吊装口向下吊装至吊装平台。将待更换的齿轮箱自吊装平台吊装至外部的运载平台。吊装系统包括吊装装置及驱动装置。如此,相较于需要将机舱整体吊装下来且使用大型运载平台的方案,本申请中无需吊下整体机舱,相应的采用小型化的运载平台,有效降低运维成本。
