The invention discloses an accurate position adjusting system and position adjusting method for an immersed tube joint connector. The position adjusting system involves a conveying mechanism and a position adjusting jack mechanism arranged in a combination cavity, wherein the position adjusting jack mechanism comprises a plurality of jacks, and the conveying mechanism comprises a gantry crane frame used for hoisting the jacks between an immersed tube joint and the combination cavity, rail transport vehicles used for transporting the jacks in the combination cavity, and a traveling rail matchedwith the rail transport vehicles; a cross beam moving rail of the gantry crane frame penetrates through a manhole door of the immersed tube joint end sealing door; the traveling rail is a straight track arranged in the transverse direction, and the travelling rail is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the combination cavity; and first locking parts used for fixing the relative positions between the rail transport vehicles and the traveling rail are arranged between the rail transport vehicles and the traveling rail, and a vehicle body of each rail transport vehicle comprises a jack fixing assembly used for being fixedly connected with one jack. According to the position adjusting system and the position adjusting method, the transportation and the installation of the position adjusting jack mechanism can be conveniently achieved, the position adjusting construction of the immersed tube joint connector is facilitated, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了沉管管节接头精准调位系统及调位方法,该调位系统包括输运机构和设于结合腔内的调位千斤顶机构,调位千斤顶机构包括多个千斤顶,输运机构包括用于在沉管管节和结合腔间吊运千斤顶的龙门吊架,用于在结合腔内运输千斤顶的轨道运输车,以及与轨道运输车适配的行车轨道;龙门吊架的横梁移动轨道穿过所述沉管管节端封门的人孔门;行车轨道设为沿横向设置的直轨道,行车轨道固定安装于结合腔底面;轨道运输车与行车轨道间设有用于固定二者间相对位置的第一锁紧部件,轨道运输车的车体包括用于固定连接千斤顶的千斤顶固定组件。该调位系统和调位方法可方便的实现调位千斤顶机构的输运和安装,方便沉管管节接头调位施工,提高施工效率。
