The invention provides a single-structure wave glider based on flexible fins, and relates to the field of ocean mobile observation platforms. The single-structure wave glider based on the flexible fins comprises a ship body, a solar power generation module, a satellite communication module, side flexible fins, belly flexible fins, a propeller, a steering tail vane, rigid shafts, elastic plates andflexible rubber, wherein the rigid shafts are embedded in the side flexible fins and the belly flexible fins, and the elastic plates are welded to the peripheries of the rigid shafts. The wave glideris low in manufacturing cost and few in technological process, the laying and recycling process of the wave glider is simplified, and the maneuverability and rapidity of the wave glider are greatly improved.
