The invention discloses a bridge detection device and method capable of automatically realizing detection surface conversion. The device comprises a first wall-climbing robot, a second wall-climbing robot, adsorption devices, driving devices, a detection device, a working surface conversion device and a power supply device, wherein the adsorption devices are mounted on a chassis of the first wall-climbing robot and a chassis of the second wall-climbing robot, and the adsorption devices are used for adsorbing the surface of a bridge; and the driving devices are arranged on the chassis of the first wall-climbing robot and the chassis of the second wall-climbing robot, and the driving devices are used for driving the first wall-climbing robot and the second wall-climbing robot to walk along the surface of the bridge. According to the invention, the first wall-climbing robot and the second wall-climbing robot are selected as mobile detection equipment; high-precision bridge surface imagescan be quickly approached and shot through the driving devices and the detection device, a large amount of manpower and a bridge detection vehicle influencing traffic do not need to be started, the bridge disease detection precision is improved, the detection time is shortened, and the detection cost is saved.

    本发明公开一种自动实现检测面转换的桥梁检测装置及方法,包括第一爬壁机器人、第二爬壁机器人、吸附装置、驱动装置、检测装置、工作面转换装置和供电装置,所述第一爬壁机器人和第二爬壁机器人的底盘上均安装有吸附装置,且吸附装置用于吸附桥梁表面,所述第一爬壁机器人和第二爬壁机器人的底盘上均设有驱动装置,且驱动装置用于带动第一爬壁机器人和第二爬壁机器人沿桥梁表面行走;本发明选用第一爬壁机器人、第二爬壁机器人作为移动检测设备,通过驱动装置和检测装置能够快速接近并拍摄高精度桥梁表面图像,无需出动大量人力和影响交通的桥梁检测车,提高了桥梁病害检测精度,缩短了检测时间,节约了检测成本。
