The invention discloses a locking mechanism capable of automatically realizing synchronous unlocking of rotor arms. The device is composed of a shell, an inner cylinder, an outer sliding cylinder, a locking hook, a pin puller and the like. The shell is used for containing and installing the inner cylinder, the outer sliding cylinder and the pin puller and is connected with the rotorcraft. The inner cylinder and the pin puller are directly fixed with a lug in the shell, the outer sliding cylinder is fixedly connected with the pin puller through a screw, the locking hook is mounted at the tail end of the rotor arm, and the outer sliding cylinder is in sliding fit with the inner cylinder. When the rotor arm is locked, the bent hook of the locking hook makes contact with the inner cylinder and the outer sliding cylinder for constraint, and then movement of the locking hook is limited to achieve locking of the rotor arm. And during unlocking, the pin puller is started to drive the outer sliding barrel to move downwards, and meanwhile, the contact constraint with all the locking hooks is relieved, so that synchronous unlocking of the rotor arm is realized. The device provided by the invention not only can automatically realize synchronous unlocking of the four rotor arms, but also can prevent additional impact disturbance on the rotor aircraft due to asynchronous unlocking of the rotor arms.

    一种可以自动实现旋翼臂同步解锁的锁定机构。由壳体、内筒、外滑筒、锁定挂钩、拔销器等部件组成。壳体用于容纳和安装内筒、外滑筒、拔销器,并和旋翼飞行器连接;内筒和拔销器直接与壳体内部凸耳固定,外滑筒与拔销器通过螺钉固连,锁定挂钩安装在旋翼臂的末端,外滑筒与内筒之间滑动配合。旋翼臂锁定时,锁定挂钩的弯钩与内筒和外滑筒接触约束,进而限制锁定挂钩运动实现旋翼臂的锁定。当解锁的时候,拔销器启动,带动外滑筒向下运动,同时解除与所有锁定挂钩的接触约束,进而实现旋翼臂的同步解锁。本发明所提供装置,既可以自动实现同步解锁四个旋翼臂,也可防止因旋翼臂解锁不同步,对旋翼飞行器产生额外冲击扰动。
