The invention discloses an overturn-preventing system for a boom of a jib crane. The system comprises an angle feedback component and detection switches; the angle feedback component is used for obtaining the angle of the boom; the detection switches are arranged by two, are respectively arranged at two sides of a luffing operating handle in a control direction, and are used for detecting an action signal of the luffing operating handle; the angle feedback component and the detection switches are connected with a main controller; the detection switches send the detected action signal of the luffing operating handle to the main controller; when the main controller receives the action signal of the luffing operating handle, whether the angle change of the boom is normal or not within set time is monitored; and the main controller is connected with alarm apparatus, and when the angle change of the boom is abnormal, the main controller controls the alarm apparatus to give an alarm. The overturn-preventing system can inform a driver to perform the swinging action in time through the alarm apparatus to adjust the direction of the boom to a downwind direction, thus avoiding the accident that the boom of the tower crane overturns backwards due to strong wind or falls due to sudden weight loss.

    本发明公开了一种动臂塔机起重臂防倾覆系统。该系统包括角度反馈部件和检测开关,角度反馈部件用于获取起重臂的角度,检测开关包括两个,分别设置在变幅操作手柄的控制方向的两侧,用于检测变幅操作手柄的动作信号,角度反馈部件和检测开关连接有主控器,检测开关将检测到的变幅操作手柄的动作信号发送至主控器,主控器在接收到变幅操作手柄的动作信号时,监测在设定时间内起重臂的角度变化是否正常,主控器连接有报警器,当起重臂的角度变化不正常时,主控器控制报警器发出报警。本发明可通过报警器通知驾驶员及时操作回转动作,将吊臂方向调整到顺风方向,避免出现因大风导致的塔机吊臂向后倾翻或突然失重下落事故。
