The invention relates to the technical field of overhang cranes, in particular to an anti-overturning overhang crane. The invention provides an anti-overturning suspension crane which can adjust the length and the height so as to adapt to the deviation condition of a beam frame. The anti-overturning suspension crane comprises a crane body, a supporting column, a sliding ring, a supporting block and the like, supporting columns are connected to the left and right parts of the crane body, sliding rings are slidably connected to the lower parts of the supporting columns, and a plurality of supporting blocks are slidably connected to the lower parts of the supporting columns. The supporting columns can support the left portion and the right portion of the crane body, the supporting blocks slide outwards to expand to increase the ground contact area of the supporting columns, the anti-overturning effect is achieved, and the electric push rods extend to drive the lifting plates to move outwards to prolong the length of the crane body so as to adapt to distance deviation of the supporting beam frames on the two sides. And the screw rod rotates and is matched with the nut to adjust the height of the lifting plate so as to adapt to the height deviation of the supporting beam frames on the two sides and ensure that the crane body can be horizontally hung on the beam frames.
