The invention discloses a device for measuring pollutants by a rural all-weather unmanned aerial vehicle and a measuring method thereof, whichbelong to the field of rural air measurement. The device comprises a storage box, and further comprises a detection unit arranged in the middle of the storage box; the detection unit comprises an information storage unit, a network port, a main control unit,a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a PM2.5 sensor; an information storage unit is fixed to the inner wall of the detection unit, a network port is connected to the outer side of the information storage unit, a main control unit is arranged on the right side of the network port, a temperature sensor is fixed to one side of the bottom of the detection unit, and a PM2.5 sensor is installedon the other side of the bottom of the detection unit. In the using process of the device, the difficulty of measuring air pollutants is small, the stability of rising and falling is good in the usingprocess of the device, and the using difficulty of the device is reduced.
