The device comprises a vehicle body, a support frame isarranged at the lower part of the vehicle body; a mounting plate is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body; a universal joint is arranged below the mounting plate; a measuring head is arranged below the universal joint; the bottom of the support frame is provided with a shock-absorbing device, and the shock-absorbing device includes a shock-absorbing spring, a rubber pad and a shock-absorbinggroove. According to the device, the universal joint is arranged such that more directions can be adjusted by the measuring head, the measurement can be carried out more conveniently, and the vibration generated by the unmanned aerial vehicle during landing can be reduced through the mutual cooperation of the shock-absorbing spring, the rubber pad and the shock-absorbing groove.
