The invention discloses a wireless charging receiving device and a wireless charging system of new energy automobiles. The system comprises a vehicle body, a plurality of tires are arranged at the lower end of the vehicle body. Moreover, wireless charging receivers are arranged between the upper ends of the tires on the ground and the lower end of the vehicle body, and between each pair of tires;a protective device is arranged between the upper end of each wireless charging receiver and the lower end of the vehicle body, and an electric energy transmitting device matched with each wireless charging receiver is arranged on the ground; one side of each electric energy transmitting device is electrically connected with one end of a data line, the other end of the data line is connected withthe lower end of a control panel; the control panel is fixedly connected with the ground through a supporting rod; the protection device comprises a fixing box, the fixing box is located at the lowerend of the vehicle body, the wireless charging receiver is located at the lower end in the fixing box, an opening is formed in the lower end in the fixing box, a first sliding groove is formed in theupper end of one side of the wireless charging receiver, and a second sliding groove is formed in the side wall of one side in the fixing box.
