The invention provides a wireless charging receiving circuit and a wireless charging device, and the wireless charging receiving circuit comprises a receiving conversion module, a battery, a switch module and a control module. The switch module and the control module can share the same power supply, an additional isolation power supply is not needed, the cost is reduced, the occupied space and area are reduced, and structural miniaturization and high-density design of circuits and devices are facilitated; a switch module is designed based on two MOS tubes which are connected in series back to back, switching-on of a charging loop is controlled in two steps, after one MOS tube is switched on, the charging loop is formed in combination with switching-on of a body diode in the other MOS tube, the voltage difference between the source end and the drain end of the other MOS tube can be reduced, voltage impact and current impact when the other MOS tube is switched on can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the charging loop is prolonged. And the safety of the switch module and the stability of electrical performance are improved.

    本发明提供一种无线充电接收电路及无线充电装置,所述无线充电接收电路包括接收转换模块、电池、开关模块及控制模块,在本发明中,通过串接在充电回路中并设置在电池的负极处的开关模块,使得开关模块与控制模块能共用同一个供电电源,不需要额外的隔离电源,降低了成本,并减小了占用空间和面积,有利于电路及装置的结构小型化和高密度化设计;基于背靠背串接的两个MOS管设计开关模块,充电回路的开通分为两步控制,开通一个MOS管后,结合另一个MOS管内部体二极管的导通形成充电回路,能降低另一个MOS管源漏两端的压差,进而能有效减小另一个MOS管导通时的电压冲击和电流冲击,提高开关模块的安全性和电学性能的稳定性。
