The invention relates to a turning system with a variable turning point and a using method thereof. The turning system comprises a driver, an adapter beam, a damper, a triangular part, a connecting rod and a supporting rod. A middle portion of the driver is hinged to a fixedly-arranged first supporting lug, and an upper end of the driver, a right end of the adapter beam and a left end of the damper are hinged to one another; a first angular point of the triangular part is hinged with a fixedly arranged second support lug; a positioning pin shaft is arranged at a second corner point of the triangular part and located in a fixedly-arranged arc-shaped sliding groove, a pin shaft positioning hole is arranged in the arc-shaped sliding groove, a third corner point of the triangular part is hinged to a right end of the connecting rod, the middle of the connecting rod is hinged to the upper end of a supporting rod, and the lower end of the supporting rod is hinged to a fixedly-arranged third supporting lug; and the triangular part, the connecting rod and the supporting rod form a four-connecting-rod mechanism. The system is simple in structure, high in functionality, good in stability andhigh in safety, and large-angle overturning of goods in a limited space can be achieved; and the using method is easy to control, stable in action and high in reliability.

    本发明涉及一种可变回转点的翻转系统及其使用方法,翻转系统包括驱动器、转接梁、阻尼器、三角件、连杆和支撑杆,驱动器的中部与固定设置的第一支耳铰接,驱动器的上端、转接梁的右端和阻尼器的左端相互铰接;三角件的第一角点与固定设置的第二支耳铰接,三角件的第二角点设有定位销轴,定位销轴处于固定设置的弧形滑槽中,弧形滑槽设有销轴定位孔,三角件的第三角点与连杆的右端铰接,连杆的中部与支撑杆的上端铰接,支撑杆的下端与固定设置的第三支耳铰接;三角件、连杆和支撑杆组成四连杆机构,其具有结构简单、功能性强、稳定性好、安全性高的优点,可实现有限空间内货物的大角度翻转;使用方法具有控制容易、动作平稳、可靠性高的优点。
