The embodiment of the invention discloses a rear collision prevention method and device and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that whether vehicles behind in the same lane exist behind the vehicle or not is detected, wherein the vehicle behind in the same lane and the vehicle are located in the same lane; if so, whether the vehicle has a collision risk with the vehicle behind in the same lane or not is judged; if so, whether an obstacle exists in front of the vehicle or not is detected; and if not, the vehicle is controlled to change the lane. According to the technical scheme providedby the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle has a collision risk with the vehicle behind in the same lane and no obstacle exists in front of the vehicle, the vehicle is controlled to changethe lane so as to avoid rear-end collision of the vehicle behind in the same lane.

    本发明实施例公开了一种后碰撞预防方法、装置及车辆。该方法包括:检测本车的后方是否存在同车道后方车辆;其中,同车道后方车辆与本车位于相同车道;若是,判断本车与同车道后方车辆是否具有碰撞风险;若是,检测本车的前方是否存在障碍物;若否,控制本车变道。本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以在本车与同车道后方车辆具有碰撞风险且本车的前方不存在障碍物时,控制本车变道,以避免同车道后方车辆追尾。
