The invention provides an emergency power supply system and method based on coupling of an electric vehicle power storage array and a hydrogen fuel cell. The system comprises a distributed electric vehicle power storage array power supply and a hydrogen fuel cell power supply, wherein the distributed electric vehicle power storage array is connected with an input end of a dual-power-supply switching device through a first inverter, a hydrogen fuel cell is connected with an input end of the dual-power-supply switching device through a second inverter, and an output end of the dual-power-supplyswitching device is connected with a multi-path civil defense device distribution box. The system is advantaged in that the power batteries of the electric vehicles parked in the underground garage atordinary times are used as units to form the distributed electric vehicle power storage array, on the basis, the hydrogen fuel cells are combined to form a main-standby emergency power supply system,so the power supply reliability of civil air defense engineering in wartime can be greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种基于电动汽车蓄电阵列和氢燃料电池耦合的应急供电系统及方法,所述系统包括分布式电动汽车蓄电阵列和氢燃料电池两路电源;其中,所述分布式电动汽车蓄电阵列经由第一逆变器连接至双电源切换装置的输入端,所述氢燃料电池经由第二逆变器连接至所述双电源切换装置的输入端,所述双电源切换装置的输出端连接至多路人防设备配电箱。本发明以平时停放在地下车库的电动汽车的动力电池为单元组成分布式电动汽车蓄电阵列,以此为基础,结合氢燃料电池,构成一主一备的应急供电系统,可以大幅提高战时人防工程的供电可靠性。
