The gas pressure in a hydrogen storage device is obtained in real time through a pressure sensor, so that the capacity of hydrogen is obtained; and according to the real-time capacity of hydrogen in the hydrogen storage device, the speed of charging the lithium battery by the hydrogen fuel cell stack is changed, the effective utilization rate of hydrogen is improved, the service time of the hydrogen is longer, and the stroke of the hydrogen fuel electric vehicle is prolonged.
