The evaluation method comprises the steps: S1, determining displacement delta 1 when the operation and maintenance ship abuts a draught fan at a wave crest, a vertical distance l1 from the buoyancy center of the operation and maintenance ship at the wave crest to the bow of the operation and maintenance ship and the bow-stern inclination angle theta 1 of the operation and maintenance ship at the wave crest; S2, establishing a first friction force balance equation to obtain friction force F5 between the bow of the operation and maintenance ship and the draught fan in a vertical direction, and establishing a second friction force balance equation to obtain friction force F6 between the bow of the operation and maintenance ship and the draught fan in a horizontal direction; and S3, determiningthe abutting force F9 of the operation and maintenance ship abutting against the draught fan at the wave crest according to the F5 and the F6, and determining the abutting force F10 of the operationand maintenance ship abutting against the draught fan at the wave crest according to F7 and F8. According to the evaluation method for the abutting force of the offshore wind power operation and maintenance ship provided by the invention, the safety of the operation and maintenance ship in operation abutting against the draught fan can be improved.
