The invention provides an offshore wind turbine installation device without using hoisting equipment. The device comprises a moving frame rail laid on a ship body, a moving frame arranged on the moving frame rail, a lifting system arranged on the ship body, a driving system mounted on the moving frame, a movable trolley used for carrying and fixing a fan, an enclasping device used for adjusting lifting of the fan and driving the fan to transversely move and rotate, a second fan enclasping and fixing device used for fixing and lifting a fan on the right side, and a movable clamping device usedfor installing the fan in an enclasping mode and carrying and enclasping the fan on the right side. An offshore wind turbine mounting system capable of integrally fixing a wind turbine on an offshorewind turbine base is formed by a moving system, the lifting system, an enclasping system and the like of the mechanisms; and the problems that the offshore operation environment is very large, the number of large fan hoisting cranes is insufficient, the installation time is long, and the cost is too high are solved.

    本发明提出了一种不使用吊装设备的海上风机安装装置,包括铺设在船体上的移动框架轨道、移动框架轨道上设置的移动框架、船体上设置的升降系统、安装在移动框架上的驱动系统、用于运载和固定风机的移动小车、用于调整风机升降、用于带动风机横向移动和旋转的抱紧装置、用于固定和升降右侧风机的风机二抱紧固定装置、用于实现抱扶安装风机和运载抱扶右侧风机的移动夹紧装置。本发明通过这些机构的移动系统、升降系统、抱扶系统等组成了一个能够把风机整体固定在海上风机基座上的海上风机安装系统;解决了受海上作业环境非常大,大型风机吊装起重机面临数量不足、安装时间长、成本过高等问题。
