The invention relates to a medium-and-low-speed magnetic levitation turnout lock pin device, comprising a lock pin motor, a collision block, an unlocking limiting switch set, a bearing seat, a pin shaft, a lock pin box, a locking state limiting switch set and a locking action limiting switch set, wherein the lock pin motor, the collision block, the unlocking limiting switch set and the bearing pedestal are all installed at the bottom of a turnout beam; the lock pin box is fixedly installed at the position, corresponding to a fork position, of a trolley platform; the locking state limiting switch set is mounted on one side of the lock pin box; the collision block penetrates through the pin shaft and is fixedly connected with the pin shaft; the unlocking limit switch set is positioned on onelongitudinal side of the collision block; and during locking, the pin shaft sequentially penetrates through the lock pin box under the driving of the lock pin motor so as to trigger the locking statelimiting switch set to act. The problem of position signal loss caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the turnout beam can be effectively solved, the reliability of a turnout control system can be greatly improved, and the device can be popularized and applied to overall movement of the turnout beam.

    本发明涉及一种中低速磁浮道岔锁销装置,其包括锁销电机、撞块、解锁限位开关组、轴承座、销轴、锁销箱、闭锁状态限位开关组和闭锁动作限位开关组;锁销电机、撞块、解锁限位开关组和轴承座均安装于道岔梁的底部;锁销箱固定安装在台车平台上与岔位对应的位置处;闭锁状态限位开关组安装于锁销箱一侧;撞块穿过销轴并与销轴固定连接;解锁限位开关组位于撞块的纵向一侧;销轴的另一端穿过轴承座,闭锁时,销轴在锁销电机的驱动下依次穿过锁销箱,以触动闭锁状态限位开关组动作。本发明能有效解决道岔梁因热胀冷缩而产生的位置信号丢失问题,能极大提高道岔控制系统的可靠性,可推广应用于道岔梁整体移动。
