The invention relates to the technical field of large steel beam structure detection, in particular to a high-speed magnetic levitation turnout beam body automatic detection device which comprises a bottom plate, an end beam body tool, a beam body supporting tool, a tail beam body tool, an automatic detection trolley and a data processing system. The beam body supporting tool is arranged between the end beam body tool and the tail beam body tool and is used for supporting and positioning a beam body to be detected, so that the center of the beam body to be detected is consistent with the centers of the end beam body tool and the tail beam body tool; the end beam body tool and the tail beam body tool are used for automatically detecting parking and starting of the trolley and calibrating detection data; the automatic detection trolley can move in the length direction of the to-be-detected beam body so as to detect the section linear size and form and location tolerance of the to-be-detected beam body and transmit detected data to the data processing system. The automatic detection trolley is adopted to measure the to-be-detected beam body, automatic detection of the section linear size and the form and location tolerance of the high-speed magnetic levitation turnout beam body is achieved, and the detection precision is improved.
本发明涉及大型钢梁结构检测技术领域,具体是一种高速磁浮道岔梁体自动化检测装置,包括底板及设置在底板上的端头梁体工装、梁体支撑工装和尾部梁体工装,自动检测小车和数据处理系统;梁体支撑工装布置于端头梁体工装与尾部梁体工装之间,用于支撑和定位待测梁体,使待测梁体中心与端头梁体工装和尾部梁体工装的中心保持一致;端头梁体工装与尾部梁体工装用于自动检测小车的停放、启动以及检测数据标定;自动检测小车能够沿待测梁体的长度方向移动,以对待测梁体的断面线性尺寸及形位公差进行检测,并将检测的数据传输给数据处理系统。本发明采用自动检测小车测量待测梁体,实现高速磁浮道岔梁体断面线性尺寸及形位公差自动检测,提高检测精度。
