The invention discloses a tower crane integrated control system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a variable frequency process card, an execution mechanism module, a cab linkage tablemodule, a safety monitoring module, an intelligent fault diagnosis module and a remote monitoring managing platform, the variable frequency process card is connected with the execution mechanism module, the cab linkage table module, the safety monitoring module and the intelligent fault diagnosis module, the safety monitoring module is connected with the remote monitoring managing platform, the variable frequency process card detects and reads signals from all modules in real time, drive signals of corresponding mechanisms are output, meanwhile, the variable frequency process card reads failure prompt and alarm information of the intelligent fault diagnosis module in real time, the information is displayed on a data display unit, the variable frequency process card serves as a master control center, information sharing and feedback control of monitoring and electric control can be achieved, identity authentication of digital signature is integrated with non-removable characteristics of tower crane core parts, tower crane integrated control is achieved, and the information foundation is laid for tower crane unmanned control.

    本发明公开了一种塔机一体化控制系统及其控制方法,包括变频工艺卡、执行机构模块、司机室联动台模块、安全监控模块、故障智能诊断模块和远程监控管理平台,其中所述变频工艺卡连接执行机构模块、司机室联动台模块、安全监控模块、故障智能诊断模块,安全监控模块连接远程监控管理平台。变频工艺卡实时检测读取来自各个模块的信号,并将信号输出对应机构的驱动信号,同时变频工艺卡实时读取故障智能诊断模块的故障提醒、报警信息,并将其显示在数据显示单元上;本发明以变频工艺卡作为主控中心,实现监控和电控的信息共享和反馈控制,通过数字签名的身份认证集成塔机核心部件不可拆卸,实现塔机一体化控制,为塔机无人化控制奠定信息基础。
