The invention discloses a refitting process of a ship lashing bridge of large containers. The refitting process comprises the steps of manufacturing of a new lashing bridge, dismantling of an old lashing bridge and installing the new lashing bridge. After the new lashing bridge is prefabricated, a horizontal inspection line and a transverse positioning inspection line are marked out; the longitudinal slope a of a whole ship is measured and determined by using a total station; a plumb bob tool is arranged on the new binding bridge; a horizontal mounting line and a transverse positioning mounting line are marked on a hatch coaming; the horizontal and transverse inspection lines and mounting lines are matched, so that horizontal and transverse positioning can be properly completed; the distance d between a plumb bob in the plumb bob tool and the new binding bridge is adjusted according to the length L of the midperpendicular of the plumb bob tool and the longitudinal slope a of the wholeship, d is enabled to be equal to L * sina, so that longitudinal positioning can be properly completed; and finally, the new lashing bridge is fixed. According to the refitting process, the technicalproblem that a ship body is longitudinally inclined and the problem that a new binding bridge is not easy to install on a wharf are solved, the construction difficulty is reduced, the installation precision is guaranteed, and the repair and refitting cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种大型集装箱船绑扎桥改装工艺。包括新绑扎桥的制作,旧绑扎桥的拆除和新绑扎桥的安装;新绑扎桥预制完成后,划出水平检验线和横向定位检验线;使用全站仪测量确定全船的纵向斜率a;在新绑扎桥上设置线锤工装;在舱口围上划出水平安装线和横向定位安装线,先匹配水平和横向的检验线和安装线,将水平和横向定位好,再根据线锤工装中垂线的长度L和全船的纵向斜率a,调整线锤工装中线锤与新绑扎桥的距离d,使得d=L*sina,进而将纵向定位好;最后,对新绑扎桥进行固定。本发明的改装工艺,解决了船体有纵倾,不容易在码头上安装新绑扎桥的技术难题,降低了施工难度,既保证了安装精度,又降低了修理改装的成本。
