The invention discloses an urban rail transit train handover method based on interconnection and intercommunication. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, dividing a ZC handover overlapping region according to a ZC boundary, secondly, defining information of interaction between ZCs of different manufacturers to support handover tracking management of adjacent ZCs to the communication vehicle and the non-communication vehicle in the ZC handover overlapping area, and finally, executing train handover in the process that the train passes through the ZC handover overlapping area without speed reduction during normal operation of the train handover. The train can normally pass through the ZC handover area and run on different interconnected and intercommunicated rail transit lines.
