The invention belongs to the technical field of compensation chain coiling, and particularly relates to an automatic coiling device for an elevator balance compensation chain. The automatic coiling device aims at solving the problem that when the elevator compensation chain is wound, due to shaking, winding is not uniform. According to the scheme, the automatic coiling device comprises two secondmounting plates, wherein first mounting plates are fixed to the outer walls of the upper sides and the lower sides of the two second mounting plates; the inner walls of the opposite sides of the second mounting plates are rotationally connected with a threaded rod and a winding shaft through bearings; and the outer wall of the threaded rod is rotationally connected with a movable plate. Accordingto the automatic coiling device, through an arranged pulley block, an electric telescopic rod, the threaded rod and the movable plate, the threaded rod rotates to drive the movable plate to move fromone end of the threaded rod to the other end of the threaded rod, the movable plate and the electric telescopic rod are synchronous, the winding shaft rotates, and the elevator compensation chain is uniformly wound on the circumferential outer wall of the winding shaft; and after the movable plate reaches the other end of the threaded rod, the electric telescopic rod is shortened by a part of length, the movable plate moves back, and the elevator compensation chain is uniformly wound again.

    本发明属于补偿链收卷技术领域,尤其是一种电梯平衡补偿链的自动盘绕装置,针对电梯补偿链缠绕时因晃动而缠绕不均匀的问题,现提出以下方案,包括括两个第二安装板,两个所述第二安装板的上下两侧外壁均固定有第一安装板,且第二安装板的相对侧内壁通过轴承分别转动连接有螺纹杆和缠绕轴,所述螺纹杆的外壁转动连接有活动板。本发明通过设置的滑轮组、电动伸缩杆、螺纹杆、活动板,螺纹杆转动带动活动板从螺纹杆的一端向另一端移动,活动板和电动伸缩杆同步,缠绕轴转动,使电梯补偿链均匀的缠绕在缠绕轴的圆周外壁,当活动板到达螺纹杆的另一端后,电动伸缩杆缩短部分长度,活动板往回移动,使电梯补偿链再次均匀的缠绕。
