The invention discloses a hydraulic auxiliary control electric independent steering system and an electric vehicle. The electric independent steering system comprises electric independent steering mechanisms, a hydraulic control system and an electronic control unit. The two sets of electric independent steering mechanisms are symmetrically distributed at the positions of a front shaft and a rearshaft, steering rocker arms of two sets of electric independent steering assemblies are connected with piston connecting rods of locking hydraulic cylinders respectively, and cylinder bodies of the two sets of symmetrically-arranged locking hydraulic cylinders are coaxially and fixedly connected through a central connecting rod. In the hydraulic control system, after an oil outlet of a hydraulic oil pump is connected with a one-way valve, a main oil way is divided into a front branch oil way and a rear branch oil way through a proportional diverter valve, and the branch oil ways are connectedwith the two sets of locking hydraulic cylinders through two three-position four-way electromagnetic valves respectively; the electronic control unit is composed of a steering motor controller, an electromagnetic valve controller, a driving motor controller and a locking hydraulic cylinder linear displacement sensor which are in communication connection through a CAN bus. The driving safety of vehicles and the reliability of the electric independent steering system can be improved at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种液压辅助控制的电动独立转向系统及电动车辆,电动独立转向系统包括:电动独立转向机构、液压控制系统和电子控制单元;两组电动独立转向机构对称分布在前后轴位置,两组电动独立转向总成的转向摇臂分别与锁止液压缸的活塞连杆相连,两组对称设置的锁止液压缸的缸体之间通过中央连接杆同轴固连;液压控制系统中,液压油泵出油口连接单向阀后通过比例分流阀将主油路分为前后两路分油路,分油路分别通过两个三位四通电磁阀与两组锁止液压缸相连;电子控制单元由转向电机控制器、电磁阀控制器、驱动电机控制器以及锁止液压缸直线位移传感器通过CAN总线通信连接组成。本发明可同时提高车辆的行驶安全性与电动独立转向系统的可靠性。
