The invention discloses a pulley structure and a method of realizing the pulley structure. The pulley structure comprises a pulley body, wherein a groove which accommodates a rope is formed in the pulley body, an inner diameter of the pulley body is formed in the bottom of the groove, an outer diameter of the pulley body is formed in the top of the groove, two reversely symmetrical arc sections forming a side part of the groove are arranged between the inner diameter and the outer diameter, and the arc sections can prevent the rope from being separated outside the groove. The pulley structuredisclosed by the invention uses the arc-shaped groove to obtain a relatively large rope swing angle without being separated from the groove, and the damage of the rope as the rope is separated from the groove can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种滑轮结构、实现滑轮结构的方法。所述滑轮结构包括滑轮本体,所述滑轮本体上设置有容纳绳索的沟槽,所述沟槽底部形成滑轮本体的内径,所述沟槽的顶部形成滑轮本体的外径,所述内径和外径之间设置有构成所述沟槽侧部的两个反向对称的圆弧段,所述圆弧段能够防止所述绳索脱离所述沟槽。本发明公开的滑轮结构采用了圆弧型的沟槽,可以获得较大的绳索摆角而不脱槽,并且能够避免绳索脱槽带来的绳索损伤。
