The invention discloses a novel pulley bearing and an installation method of the novel pulley bearing, a pulley component and a pulley assembly. The novel pulley bearing comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling body. The inner ring comprises an inner ring main body, a fixing flange and a detachable flange, the inner ring main body is of an integral and non-split structure and is not provided with a middle flange, and the detachable flange is detachably connected with the inner ring main body. On one hand, the inner ring main body is of the integral and non-split structure and is free of the middle flange, so that the processes of slotting, punching, hoop clamping and the like related to a split process are reduced, and a plurality of machining surfaces of the middle flange are reduced; and on the other hand, the inner ring is not provided with the middle flange, and the width adjusting space of the middle flange of the outer ring is large, so that the length of the rolling body can be properly increased under the condition that the pulley bearing has the same boundary dimension as the existing bearing, and the bearing capacity of the bearing is improved. In conclusion, the purposes that the pulley bearing is simple in process and high in bearing capacity are achieved.

    本发明专利公开了一种新型滑轮轴承及其安装方式、滑轮组件和滑轮总成。该新型滑轮轴承包括内圈、外圈和滚动体。其中,内圈包括内圈主体、固定挡边和可拆分挡边,内圈主体为整体式、非剖分结构,无中挡边,且可拆分挡边与内圈主体可拆分连接。一方面,内圈主体为整体式、非剖分结构,无中挡边,减少了剖分工艺涉及的开槽、冲断、卡箍卡紧等工艺,减少了中挡边的多个加工面;另一方面,内圈无中挡边,而外圈中挡边宽度调整空间大,使该滑轮轴承在与现有轴承具有同样外形尺寸的条件下,滚动体的长度可以适当增加,从而增加了轴承的承载能力。综上所述,本发明实现了该滑轮轴承工艺简单、承载能力强的目的。
