The invention discloses a safety control system and method under a rail transit train fault. The safety control system comprises a plurality of train driving control units and a plurality of first state indication units. First contacts of the first state indication units form driving logic combination judgment branches which are connected in parallel, and each driving logic combination judgment branch comprises M first contacts which are connected in series. N is the number of driving control power units included in a train, and the M is a minimum value of the available number of the driving control power units meeting a traction starting requirement of the train. And when any one driving logic combination judgment branch is connected, the train driving condition is met, and an emergency traction permission instruction is output to each driving control power unit through each driving logic combination judgment branch. A technical problem that an existing emergency traction mode is notcombined with an available capacity of a traction system, and under a condition that traction is complete or partially invalid, the emergency traction mode is switched to so that the train cannot be started, and even a slope sliding risk is caused can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通列车故障下的安全控制系统及方法,包括:若干个列车驱动控制单元及若干个第一状态指示单元。由第一状态指示单元的第一触点组成条彼此并联的驱动逻辑组合判断支路,每个驱动逻辑组合判断支路均包括M个彼此串联的第一触点。其中,N为列车包括的驱动控制动力单元个数,M为满足列车牵引启动要求的驱动控制动力单元可用个数的最小值。当任意一条驱动逻辑组合判断支路连通时,列车驱动条件满足,紧急牵引允许指令通过驱动逻辑组合判断支路输出至各驱动控制动力单元。本发明能够解决现有紧急牵引模式未结合牵引系统自身可用能力情况,在牵引完全或部分失效情况下,转至紧急牵引模式可能造成列车无法启动甚至溜坡风险的技术问题。
