The invention discloses a protection device and method for testing the full-automatic parking of a vehicle and the vehicle. The device comprises an acquisition assembly, a processing assembly and a control assembly, wherein the acquisition assembly is used for obtaining a whole vehicle signal of the vehicle in a process that the vehicle carries out the full-automatic parking according to a parkingpath; the processing assembly is used for analyzing the whole vehicle signal and detecting whether a full-automatic parking system of the vehicle breaks down or not; and the control assembly is usedfor sending a fault signal while controlling the vehicle to exit from the full-automatic parking mode when detecting that the full-automatic parking system has a fault. Therefore, the problems that the safety of a driver and the surrounding environment cannot be effectively guaranteed due to the fact that judgment and feedback cannot be made in time for emergency dangerous situations in the real vehicle testing process, the reliability and safety are low, and the like are solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于测试车辆全自动泊车的保护装置、方法及车辆,其中,装置包括:采集组件,用于在车辆按照泊车路径进行全自动泊车的过程中,获取车辆的整车信号;处理组件,用于对整车信号进行分析,检测车辆的全自动泊车系统是否出现故障;控制组件,用于在检测到全自动泊车系统出现故障时,控制车辆退出全自动泊车模式的同时,发送故障信号。由此,解决了实车测试过程中对于突发危险情况,无法及时做出判断及反馈,使得无法有效保证车辆、驾驶员及周边环境的安全,可靠性和安全性较低等问题。
