The invention discloses an all-steel radial tire base rubber formula, and relates to the technical field of rubber processing. Theall-steel radial tire base rubber formula is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 70 to 100 parts of natural rubber; 0 to 30 parts of high cis-butadiene rubber; 0 to 20 parts of white carbon black; 20 to 45 parts of carbon black; 2 to 6 parts of zincoxide; 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 0-3.2 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0-1 part of a low-rolling-resistance auxiliary agent, 0-3 parts of a super tackifying resin, 0.5-2 parts of a protective wax,1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 1-3 parts of an accelerant NS, 1-4 parts of insoluble sulfur HDOT20 and 0-0.4 part of an anti-scorching agent. According tothe tire base rubber prepared by the invention, a tire has relatively low tire rolling resistance; meanwhile, the wear-resisting property is good, and the overall wear-resisting property of the tirecan be improved when the tire is used in cooperation with a conventional tire tread; the base rubber prepared by the invention is used in tires, can reduce oil consumption in automobile driving, and also meets the requirements of customers on high wear resistance of the tires.

    本发明公开了一种全钢子午线轮胎基部胶配方,涉及橡胶加工技术领域。所述轮胎基部胶配方按质量份数计,由以下质量份数的成分组成:天然胶橡胶为70‑100份,高顺式丁二烯橡胶为0‑30份,白炭黑为0‑20份,炭黑为20‑45份,氧化锌为2‑6份,硬脂酸为1‑3份,硅烷偶联剂为0‑3.2份,低滚阻助剂为0‑1份,超级增粘树脂为0‑3份,防护蜡为0.5‑2份,防老剂RD为1‑3份,防老剂4020为1‑3份,促进剂NS为1‑3份,不溶性硫黄HDOT20为1‑4份,防焦剂为0‑0.4份。本发明制备的轮胎基部胶,使轮胎具有较低的轮胎滚阻;同时,其耐磨性能比较好,其配合常规轮胎胎面使用,可以提高轮胎的整体耐磨性能;本发明制备的基部胶用于轮胎中,可以降低汽车行驶中的油耗,同时又满足客户对轮胎高耐磨的需求。
