The invention discloses a translation type crane beam mounting method. The mounting method comprises the following steps that S1, a translation cross beam is arranged on the upper side of a stand column of a factory building; S2, assembling of a crane beam to be mounted is performed; S3, a hoisting point is determined on the assembled crane beam, and a hoisting ring is arranged on the hoisting point; S4, a crane is used for hoisting the crane beam away from the ground, and adjustment and correction are performed in the hoisting process; S5, the crane beam is hoisted to the position above the translation cross beam and connected with the translation cross beam; S6, the translation cross beam is moved, meanwhile, the crane drives the crane beam to cooperate with the movement of the translation cross beam, and finally the translation cross beam is moved to a mounting position; S7, the crane beam falls on the stand column of the factory building and is detached from the translation cross beam, and the translation cross beam is reinforced; and S8, the mounted crane beam is checked and accepted. The crane beam is mounted by adopting the scheme so that alignment of the crane beam and themounting position can be ensured, adjustment in the process is avoided, and the mounting error is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种平移式吊车梁的安装方法,包括以下几个步骤:S1、在厂房立柱上侧设置平移横梁;S2、待安装吊车梁的组装;S3、在组装好的的吊车梁上确定起吊点,并在起吊点上设置吊环;S4、使用吊机将吊车梁吊离地面,在吊装过程中进行调整校正;S5、将吊车梁吊至平移横梁上方,并与平移横梁相互连接;S6、移动平移横梁,同时吊机带动吊车梁配合平移横梁的移动,最终将平移横梁移动到安装位置;S7、将吊车梁落在厂房立柱上,并与平移横梁相互拆除,对平移横梁进行加固;S8、对安装后的吊车梁进行验收;采用本方案安装的吊车梁,能够保证吊车梁与安装位置的对齐,避免过程中的调整,有效减小安装误差。
