The lifting mechanism comprises a base, an installation plate is fixedly installed at the top of the base, a sliding groove is formed in one side of the installation plate, a sliding plate is slidably installed in the sliding groove, a cross plate is fixedly installed on one side of the sliding plate, the side, close to the sliding plate, of the cross plate is in contact with one side of the installation plate, two first lead screws are rotatably installed in the sliding groove, the two first lead screws are correspondingly connected with the sliding plate in a threaded mode, two second installation grooves are formed in the inner wall of the top of the sliding groove, and third rotating motors are correspondingly installed on the inner walls of the tops of the two second installation grooves. According to the lifting mechanism, cargos are conveniently clamped and fixed, the stability of the cargos during lifting is improved, the function of buffering is achieved during clamping, deformation of the cargos due to excessive clamping force is avoided, meanwhile the cargos are conveniently moved in the horizontal direction, the lifting position of the cargos is adjusted, and the flexibility of lifting is improved.
