The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter seat design and manufacturing, and discloses a plate-type energy-absorbing crash-proof seat which comprises a seat basin and seat legs, and each seat leg is provided with a C-shaped structure groove and an anti-crash assembly. The anti-crash assembly is located in the C-shaped structure groove; the anti-crash assembly comprises an energy absorbing plate, a sliding plate and a height adjusting locking plate, and the energy absorbing plate is located between the sliding plate and the height adjusting locking plate; height adjusting locking holes are arranged in the height adjusting locking plate, the height adjusting locking plate is connected with the seat legs through the height adjusting locking holes, the energy absorption platecomprises a fixed end and a movable end, and the fixed end of the energy absorption plate is connected with the lower end of the height adjusting locking plate; the movable end of the energy absorption plate is connected with the sliding plate; and the two sides of the sliding plate are clamped with the height adjusting locking plate, and the sliding plate is connected with the seat basin throughbolts. In the invention, energy absorption is stable and controllable, a space occupied by a conventional overturning pipe or an expanding pipe type energy absorber is reduced, processing manufacturability is improved, and a manufacturing yield is increased.

    本发明涉及直升机座椅设计制造技术领域,公开了一种板式吸能抗坠毁座椅,包括椅盆和椅腿,椅腿设有C型结构槽和抗坠毁组件;抗坠毁组件位于C型结构槽内;抗坠毁组件包括吸能板、滑动板和高度调节锁定板,吸能板位于滑动板和高度调节锁定板之间;高度调节锁定板开设有高度调节锁定孔,高度调节锁定板通过高度调节锁定孔与椅腿连接,吸能板包括固定端和活动端,吸能板的固定端与高度调节锁定板的下端连接;吸能板的活动端与滑动板连接;所述滑动板的两侧与所述高度调节锁定板相互卡合,滑动板通过螺栓与椅盆连接。本发明吸能平稳可控,减小了常规翻转管或扩张管式吸能器对空间的占用,同时提升了加工工艺性,提高了制作成品率。
